Chennai: Indium, an AI-driven digital engineering company, has appointed Ram Khizamboor as its new Chief Operating Officer (COO).
Ram Khizamboor brings with him more than three decades of global IT leadership experience. Before joining Indium, he served as Chief Delivery Officer at LTIMindtree, a $4.5 billion enterprise, where he managed global client delivery operations, talent supply chain, employee engagement, leadership development, and strategic initiatives including mergers and acquisitions.

His professional journey also includes senior roles at Cognizant, Tata Consultancy Services, Target, and Danske IT, giving him vast expertise in managing high-performing teams at both global system integrators and capability centers.

Leadership Restructuring at Indium
As part of this leadership realignment, Jagannath Bharadwaj will transition from his role as COO to Chief Business Officer – Partnerships and Consulting. Based in the US, he will focus on expanding collaborations with global partners to broaden Indium’s domain and technology solutions for clients.
